Europcar offers a range of passenger cars as well as electric vehicles and vans. The selection includes everything from smaller cars to larger models, and availability depends on your travel dates and chosen vehicle category. Prices and rental terms

Rental prices depend on factors such as the vehicle category and rental period. When booking, you can choose between different product packages, all of which include third-party liability insurance, collision damage cover, theft protection and roadside assistance. Additional insurance and optional extras can be added if needed.

For prepaid rentals, Europcar generally reserves a deposit of DKK 2,500. If the rental has not already been paid for, both the rental amount and the deposit are reserved on your payment card. The current amount and full conditions are shown as part of your booking.

Practical information about car rental

The minimum age depends on the vehicle you want to rent. For most smaller and medium-sized passenger cars, vans and minibuses, the minimum age is 20, while larger or more premium vehicle categories may have a higher age requirement. You must generally have held a valid driving licence for at least one year.

When collecting the vehicle, you need to bring a valid driving licence and identification. Foreign driving licences must be valid in Denmark and either use Latin characters or be accompanied by an authorised translation. You also need a payment card that can be used for payment and the deposit.

If you plan to take the rental car outside Denmark, Europcar allows cross-border travel for an additional fee. The exact conditions depend on the destination and vehicle category and should be checked when booking.

Collection and return in Odense

Europcar has a centrally located branch in Odense C. Vehicles are collected during the branch's opening hours, while returns are possible 24 hours a day. If you return the car outside opening hours, you can park it at the rental location and leave the key in the designated key box.
