Oscar offers microcars and passenger cars in several sizes, as well as vans, moving trucks and minibuses. The exact selection depends on the location and rental period, so you can check which vehicles are available for your preferred dates.

Prices and mileage

Rental prices vary depending on the type of vehicle, rental period and location. A microcar, for example, is available from DKK 249 per day. The rental price includes VAT, comprehensive and third-party liability insurance, as well as 100 kilometres per rental day. If you expect to drive further, you can add extra kilometres to your booking.

The minimum age for renting from Oscar is generally 18, although a higher age limit may apply to some vehicles. European driving licences are accepted. If you are not a Danish citizen, you need to bring a valid driving licence and passport when collecting the vehicle. An international driving permit cannot be used on its own and must be presented together with your original national driving licence.

A deposit is also reserved when you rent a vehicle. The amount varies depending on factors such as the vehicle and the insurance package you choose and is shown during the booking process.

If you plan to take the rental car outside Denmark, Oscar vehicles may be driven within the EU. However, additional insurance for driving abroad must be added to your booking before you cross the Danish border.
