FriRUmLab is a creative and alternative play and learning space in VestsjællandsCentret in Slagelse in West Zealand. Here children, young people and adults can become curious together, explore and experiment with the possibilities in surplus materials, analogue and digital tools and their own skills.

FriRUmLab is located in the basement of VestsjællandsCentret, where a large storage area serves as a creative playground. It is a place where imagination runs free and there is room to try your hand at many different materials.

In the workshop cafe you can drop in daily and take part in various creative activities, for example upcycling porcelain and glass, foil prints on netting or a t-shirt, designing beaded bracelets or necklaces, monoprints, mixed-media collages or making paper flowers.

FriRUmLab is a social enterprise and a cosy indoor alternative whatever the weather, perfect for families, children's birthdays and anyone who enjoys making something themselves.

Read more about activities and opening hours on the FriRUmLab website, and find more experiences in the area at Destination Sjælland.
