The Funen Cattleshow

Since 1961, the Fynske Agricultural Fair has taken place at the traditional fairgrounds in the heart of Odense. Every year, the grounds are prepared with grass fields and stables, ready for the island's farmers to showcase their livestock in hopes of securing top placements and awards for quality breeding.

The aim of this annual tradition is to promote livestock breeding and advance agricultural development through exhibitions of animals and equipment from across the country.

In addition to the animals, visitors can marvel at impressive tractors and other farming machinery, as well as enjoy delicious street food featuring Danish, Greek, and Italian cuisines.

New Food Festival
Looking ahead, the fair will introduce a brand-new food festival. The festival’s goal is to celebrate Funen’s local produce through inspiring culinary experiences and, ultimately, to revitalize Denmark's shared food culture.
