Meetings and conferences between forest, coast and Rønne

Host a meeting or conference at Hotel GSH – Green Solution House in peaceful surroundings close to the forest and coast, just a few minutes’ drive from central Rønne, the ferry terminal and the airport. Meetings, catering and accommodation can all be arranged under one roof, leaving plenty of time for both the day’s programme and the conversations around it.

The hotel’s meeting facilities range from smaller rooms to conferences for up to 350 participants. Several rooms have large panoramic windows and direct access to terraces and outdoor areas, while the flexible spaces can be arranged to suit the meeting format and group size. Modern AV equipment and video conferencing facilities are available.

Space for different ways to meet

The traditional meeting rooms are complemented by distinctive settings such as the igloo, where participants sit together surrounded by four screens, and Strandvejshuset next to the hotel, which can be used for board meetings, strategy days and smaller events. It has seven bedrooms and offers the option of holding a meeting, staying overnight and enjoying a private dinner in the same house.

Between sessions, the forest, coast and hotel grounds are just outside the door if you would like to take a break or move part of the meeting outdoors.

Catering and accommodation on site

Restaurant GSH provides catering for meetings and conferences, with trained waiting staff and chefs in the kitchen. Lunch and other meals can be included in the meeting package, and the day can end with dinner in the restaurant before participants stay overnight at the hotel. The restaurant is open for pre-booked meetings and private functions.
