Restaurant GSH is located at Hotel GSH in Rønne and provides meals for pre-booked meetings, conferences and events. The food can accompany the event throughout the day – from lunch and meeting catering to dinner once the day’s program has ended.

The kitchen offers a range of menus and can tailor the food to the event and the guests’ preferences. For private events, options may include classic Danish dishes, Nordic-inspired menus or vegetarian dishes, and the hotel team can also help select wines to complement the menu.

Dinner as part of your stay

Restaurant GSH’s location at Hotel GSH makes it possible to combine meetings, dinner and accommodation in one place. For private events, the restaurant and the hotel’s function rooms can host occasions such as weddings, confirmations, anniversaries and birthdays, while larger events can be combined with an overnight stay at the hotel.
