The small dairy Hårbølle Mejeri specializes in French cheeses such as brie and Camembert - made from excellent local cow's milk. But also Spanish-inspired sheep's milk cheeses and, not least, an incredibly soft and delicious sheep's milk yogurt arouse enthusiasm.
