The kitchen is based on the best available ingredients and products, with a focus on deliveries from local farmers, dairies and producers. Every morning offers the best of the local produce and, of course, the finest seasonal ingredients – with an emphasis on quality and little surprises.

Hotel Aahøj offers meeting and conference facilities, including rooms for 8 and 35 people respectively. The rooms are bright and modern, but at the same time focus on preserving Hotel Aahøj's characteristic soul and charm. The rooms contain all AV equipment and high-speed internet.
