Ishøj Library

The Library is accommodated in Ishøj Shopping Center. Throughout the opening hours, the libraries provide free access to the Internet. Competent staff will always be pleased to be of assistance. You can also connect your own laptop with wireless connection. Here you can allso read daily newspapers in about 5 languages, and the library subscribes to several international news magazines.

The Library holds a large collection of books, films and music for children and adults. Literature is available in Danish, other Scandinavian languages, English, German, French, Italian, Urdu, Turkish and Arabic. The library also lends CD-ROMs and play station games as well as educational toys.

All Danish citizens can be registered as borrowers if they bring their National Health Service Card.

Foreign visitors can borrow a limited number of books and magazines upon presentation of their passport.

A fax machine, photocopiers, word proces-sing facilities and a scanner are also avail-able to visitors on payment.
