Former Michelin chef and restaurateur Francis Cardenau, along with his family - wife Henriette, daughter Claire, and son Victor - have opened their private home to an extraordinary gastronomic evening in rural surroundings.
In the cosy barn, furnished with long tables, candles, and white tablecloths, there is room for 32 special guests. The price for this exclusive event is 1300 DKK per person and includes an exquisite symphony of snacks, bubbles, a 3-course menu accompanied by carefully selected wines and non-alcoholic alternatives, and finally, ending with tea and coffee.
