The Mad Hatter Bubble Tea Emporium
The Mad Hatter Bubble Tea Emporium in Copenhagen's Nørrebro area introduces Denmark to the new phenomenon: Bubble tea.
In a little shop in Sankt Hans Torv square in the Nørrebro district of Copenhagen, a whole new type of tea room has opened up. Forget all about Earl Grey, tea bags and fine china. At The Mad Hatter Bubble Tea Emporium - as the place is called - it is all about bubble tea.
The concept originates from Taiwan and is green or black tea mixed with an optional fruit flavour. Before serving, tapioca pearls are added.
At The Mad Hatter you can get bubble tea with flavours such as ginger, hibiscus, or mango. The tea is served hot or cold.
The place is named after the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland.
