Melsted beach - a cosy, small beach
Within walking distance of Gudhjem to the south, you will find Melsted beach - a small sandy beach that runs from Melsted harbour to Melsted Badehotel. A small stream runs down to the sea at one end of the beach. Here the children can play for hours building small dams. There is a bathing jetty at the other end of Melsted beach to avoid the pebbles on the seabed.
