OutNature is here to take you, along with your friends and family, into nature, where you can enjoy a unique quality experience, whether it's on land or water.

OutNature offers exciting outdoor activities that cover a wide range of options, so everyone can join in.

Here you can try, for example: Kayak surfing & tour, crab fishing for kids, Bunker treasure hunt, be a Skagen painter for a day, MTB with a guide. See descriptions of the individual events below.

If you're a larger group of friends or family, don’t hesitate to contact OutNature. The tours and activities can (almost) be booked year-round.

Kayak tour & Safari

Come with OutNature out to the sea and the deep blue waves. Together with our experienced kayak rowers, you and your family will get a basic introduction to handling the kayak on land and water. We adjust the pace and distance to the group's level. The tour goes along the coast while we enjoy nature from the water and see the local environment from a new perspective. If the waves are strong, we have the opportunity to surf in the kayaks, which anyone can learn. The kayaks are suitable for family tours at the beach. They are stable as they are wider than regular kayaks, and safe since you sit on top of them, instead of inside, making them ideal for use with children and beginners. The Sit On Top kayaks are perfect for fun in the waves and for leisurely outings with friends and family. No certificate required.

MegaSUP Tour

Together with our experienced instructors, you and your family or friends will be introduced to handling the MegaSUP on land and water. We adjust the experience based on the water and weather conditions, as well as the group's level.

The tour goes beyond the foamy waves, just like a rafting trip in Austria. This is more like 'Wave rafting'.

The MegaSUP is for groups and families seeking an action-packed adventure on the water. MegaSurf with one of our instructors makes the experience safe and successful.

Crab Fishing for Kids

For families with children who want to spend quality time together. Here we gather and make our own crab catchers, which we then use to catch crabs. We tell you about the crabs and the marine life that lives along the coast. Once we have caught and observed the animals, we release them back. We do this with a fun crab race. So, which crab will come first?

Bunkers Treasure Hunt

The Expedition Leader from OutNature will take you and your family on a treasure hunt in the old bunkers from World War II in Skagen. Here, you and your entire family can have an outdoor adventure experience like no other. We will learn how to use exciting and different tools and equipment, including GPS devices to find secret locations based on discovered coordinates. Ropes are included in case we need to lower ourselves down the bunker, and UV flashlights will guide us to the legendary and hidden treasure. A clue from Field Marshal Erwin Rommel’s journal is already in the hands of the expedition leader. However, since the area is too vast and dangerous to explore alone, he needs your help to find it. Are you ready for a thrilling outdoor experience? Take your parents by the hand, but they shouldn't get too scared!

MTB with Guide

Ready to feel the wind in your hair and speed in your wheels? Then join OutNature’s MTB guide on the awesome trails of the Skagen Klitplantage. After a briefing, we’ll head towards one of the many single tracks in the area. Here, we’ll practice techniques for all levels on the beautiful trails, while enjoying nature as we ride kilometre after kilometre under the unique surroundings. After about 2 hours, we return to the starting point. Before that, the group will take a break at the campsite, where the fire will provide a nice cup of campfire coffee, while the day's adventures are refreshed.

Skagen Painter for a Day: Skagen Painter Intro Course

Our talented painters have a unique approach to naturalism and hit the mark like few others. They are passionate artists with a special cultural heritage when it comes to continuing the challenging discipline of creating and painting directly in nature. During this intro course, the artist will tell vibrant stories about many of the famous painters in Skagen, while also showing how to capture the light, the technique of sitting for long hours, while expressing oneself through individual brushstrokes.

Snorkeling

If you have never tried snorkeling in the open blue sea, you now have the chance along the coast of the beautiful maritime Skagen. Come with OutNature into the water, where a lively world awaits. It’s full of underwater life, including fish, crabs, and starfish. We’ll get up close, but make sure everyone can join in. A snorkeling tour should be seen as a nature experience, which can also have a therapeutic character where you relax and simply enjoy the sight of the animal kingdom, but also as an educational opportunity to get up close to wildlife.
