Restaurant Skipperly sets the scene for an exclusive evening. Experience culinary creations that seduce the senses, based on a farm-to-table concept with a focus on sustainability. When the sun makes its presence in the summer months, you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere on our open-air terrace.

What you see is what you get. We carefully compose our menu with seasonal, organic and locally grown vegetables, fruits and herbs that we harvest directly in Vejrø's greenhouses, open fields, orchards and herb gardens. Each visit will therefore be different and beautiful in its own way.

Our ultimate goal is to give you, our guest, an unforgettable experience so that you leave Vejrø with fond memories and become ambassadors who share their culinary adventures with friends and colleagues and make Vejrø a sought-after destination.

The restaurant is open for a la carte during the summer and you may find the opening hours on the website. Here we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the low season, Restaurant Skipperly transforms into a centre for conferences, team building, getaways, group hunts, private parties and yoga retreats.
