Gastronomy with a view of Sønderjylland

Restaurant Syttende is built on high quality and a love of good ingredients. We like to shop locally, and many of the areas where the ingredients come from can actually be seen up from the restaurant - meet our suppliers.

Chef Peter Rødsgaard and his team create a gastronomic experience in a class of its own, and you can choose wines from an exceptional wine list. Of course, Danish beer, cider and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks are also available.

It is recommended that you book a table well in advance.

In 2021, Restaurant Syttende was awarded its first Michelin star.
