Ringkøbing Watchmen will guide you around the old market town, telling you about the history of the Watch and the historic buildings. Along the way, they will sing various traditional Watchmen songs.

Ringkøbing is known for the singing "vægtere" (guards) who in July and August walk through the city streets every night from kl. 20.00. The tours starts at the Old County Council House on Torvet. At Hotel Ringkjøbing, the guards have their own living room “VÆGTERSTUEN” and some evenings through the summer they will also sing with the hotel guests.
