Vestens Microbrewery

On an idyllic farm near the west coast, Vestens Mikrobryggeri is run by a dedicated couple whose journey began with brewing apple cider from their own wild apples.

Camilla and Karsten's passion for fermented beverages led them to kombucha, and in 2021 they completed an international training programme in commercial kombucha brewing. Now they produce organic kombucha of the highest quality, packed with beneficial microorganisms. The microbrewery focuses on sustainability, quality and customer satisfaction.

It all started with a simple idea: to utilise the wild apples that grew freely on their farm. The couple began experimenting with apple cider and quickly discovered the joy of brewing their own drinks. Their curiosity and dedication led them to kombucha, a fermented tea that quickly became their new passion. To master the art of kombucha brewing, they completed a comprehensive international commercial kombucha brewing training programme in 2021. The training gave them the necessary knowledge and expertise to establish their own microbrewery on the farm.

They use only the highest quality organic ingredients and each batch of kombucha is carefully crafted to ensure the perfect balance between flavour and health.
