The farm bakery opened in 2025, when the last part of the main house was taken in as part of the Lifestyle Shop.

Præstegaarden's own cakes, bread and delicacies have now been given their very own cosy 'corner' in the old confirmation room. The baker's selection is not huge, but it is well chosen, and EVERYTHING is made from scratch: pastry cream, remonce, jam, rye bread, sourdough rolls, preserves, flødeboller, spiced nuts and much more. The selection reflects the season – both with our baker and the kitchen team – just like the restaurant's menu and the goods we have chosen for the guests at Præstegaarden.

In the bakery you will also find a small selection of the cheeses we have on the menu in the restaurant. Cheeses we love ourselves and find exciting to take home. In the local area we are lucky to have a small farm dairy. From there we get cow's milk in beautiful brown glass bottles and, now and then, their delicious cheese too.

We have a basic principle here at the old parsonage. All the products on our shelves – whether in the bakery, the restaurant or the lifestyle shop, or for that matter in our little vegetable stall – are products we would take home ourselves.

The miller, the butcher, the maker of the liqueur and the chocolate – we make a point of knowing the producers whenever and wherever possible. Fortunately, that is the case in many instances.

At the farm bakery you do not need to book a table – just drop by and enjoy your morning coffee and a sourdough roll, a light lunch or perhaps a delicious cake with a good cup of tea. Of course, you can buy our selected coffee and Perch's tea to take home.

The farm bakery is an integral part of our lovely lifestyle shop. This means that while you sit and enjoy good company over a light lunch, you can be inspired by the shop's many wares.

Out in the courtyard you can visit the little vegetable stall. Here we try to offer a selection of the season's fruit and vegetables and proper farm eggs from free-range hens – eggs that we, by the way, use ourselves for brunch and lunch in the restaurant. Now and then there may also be a few flowers for the living room or the garden.
