The hiking trails start near Tølløse, which is easily reached by regional train from Holbæk. From Tølløse station, the trailheads are just a few minutes away. Free parking is available at several starting points. The nature park is open year-round, though spring and autumn are particularly rewarding seasons for a walk through the wetlands.

Dogs are welcome on the trails but must be kept on a lead to protect breeding birds and the sensitive ecosystem. Information boards along the routes provide details about the area's natural and cultural history.
