Møllegården Shelter Site – Luxury Shelters by Fodsporet

Møllegården offers overnight stays in distinctive shelters, set in a small biotope landscape we have cared for over many years.

Right by Fodsporet

The site lies 300 metres from Fodsporet – a surfaced former railway line running between Slagelse and Næstved. Less than two kilometres from the shelter site the route branches towards Skælskør, placing the site at the centre of a three-way path network linking the three market towns.

The shelters

The site offers accommodation in four luxury shelters with room for six to seven people. Each shelter is named after a bird and has a skylight, mosquito net, lighting and wi-fi. They face away from one another, with their backs to the westerly wind. All paths and clearings are surfaced with spruce chippings.

Facilities

The path past the shelters leads to the sunset spot and to a modern service building with a bathroom and drying cabinet. Adjoining it are an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen, with hot and cold water at every tap. By the service building you will also find a fire hut and an outdoor stone-built fire pit.
