Husby Dog Forrest
Does your dog need to run free during your holiday on the Danish west coast? Husby Hundeskov (Dog Forest) is a wonderful, fenced sanctuary located in the wild and beautiful coastal nature near the North Sea.
Just north of the holiday area in Husby, you will find Husby Hundeskov, providing the perfect setting for a fun day out with your four-legged companion. The dog forest is nestled within the scenic and expansive Husby Klitplantage (Dune Plantation), making it the ideal starting point for a longer hike along the area's beautiful marked trails.
The area is fully fenced, allowing you to safely let your dog off the leash to explore the forest floor, stretch their legs, and play with other dogs under controlled conditions.
While your dog burns off energy beneath the high pine trees, you can enjoy a stroll along the pleasant forest paths, taking in the fresh coastal air and the peaceful atmosphere that characterizes this unique dune plantation.
Please note: Remember to bring your own water bottle for your dog, as there is no fresh drinking water supply inside the forest area.
Parking and Access: There is easy access to the dog forest directly from the dedicated public parking lot on Klitvej.
